friendly, deaf-aware spaces.
Also, it aspires to guide and mentor deaf athletes from beginner level to elite competition,

Their dedication, talent and achievements show what deaf athletes can accomplish and will inspire others across the UK deaf athletics community
Charlotte Payne
Charlotte produced a brilliant season in the women’s hammer throw, finishing fourth for England at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow before securing sixth place at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham with a throw of 70.12m.
As a deaf world-record holder and one of Britain’s leading hammer throwers,
Charlotte continues to break boundaries and inspire the next generation of deaf athletes.
Joel Benton
Joel delivered a fantastic performance at the 2026 European Deaf Youth Games in Hannover, winning gold for Great Britain in the Men’s U19 800m.
Becoming European Deaf Youth Games champion is a remarkable achievement and an exciting milestone in Joel’s developing athletics career.
Honor Morton
Honor also proudly represented Great Britain at the European Deaf Youth Games, winning silver in the Women’s U19 800m.
Her superb performance secured a place on the European podium and marked an outstanding achievement at her first major international deaf competition.
