Vision for enhancing performances at the 2017 Deaflympics and beyond.
We would like performance profiles for all athletes and coaches present.
Some university students will be on hand after the AGM to have a short discussion with you alone and/ or with your coach to put a performance profile together for you. Your thoughts and opinions about your Deaflympic and training goals will be discussed. Interviews could take between 20-40 mins. After the interview the student along with their supervisor (who will also oversee the process) will provide you with information about how to get the best from your training within the next month. This is a perfect time to do a performance profile as it should help you focus. It is voluntary and you are not obliged to do it.
